With over 25 years diverse experience in the construction industry, Sarah is a traditionally trained QS and a Fellow of the RICS

Her experience ranges in delivery of the complete end to end deliver process, from Client facing to Supply Chain management in numerous sectors, including Air, Rail, Highways, Logistics, and FM.

Recent engagements include the creation and management of estimating and precontract commercial teams to ensure governance, control and efficiency in resource allocation through tender process to maximise productivity and balance workload.

Expert at reviewing commercial performance – from a strategic perspective, and in detail, she can identify, isolate and resolve commercial challenges, particularly where process and systems are required to deliver predictability, efficiency and transparency in post-contract performance and financial reporting. Delivering innovative solutions which exploits technology to improve the management of data.

Sarah has delivered multiple business improvement projects, including OSM business cases, systemising commercial solutions whilst reducing spreadsheet reliance, and lean projects that improve the quality of data with respect of cost and time.
