Nigel has 30 years’ experience in leading and implementing change in specialist businesses. He has extensive experience of leading and collaborating with teams across major programmes (BAA Framework, Highways England & Anglian Water). He has a ‘hands-on’ approach to delivery and enjoys helping people and projects deliver better value and efficiencies. He works closely with client teams, focusing on maximising a rapid return on interventions to meet client goals.

He is passionate about driving improvement – in design and construction on both large and small projects – using proven, cutting edge lean construction tools and techniques.
