A highly experienced Procurement and Commercial Management professional, Gareth has a unique blend of main contracting and client-side experience gained whist delivering some of the largest scale projects in recent times, including civil engineering, aviation, energy, place making, fit out, base build and critical infrastructure.

Gareth has designed and lead the procurement strategy for multiple large-scale complex projects and has a strong track record of delivering value-added outcomes, he has extensive contract negotiation, management and framework experience including the JCT suite, FIDIC and NEC, with the implementation of client specific schedules of amendments and incentive models.

Gareth has advised clients including Global Investment Banks, Financial Services Organisations, International State Fund Developers, the Aviation Sector and most recently National Energy Infrastructure providers.
