Donnie has led major transformations within the infrastructure sector and advised clients including UK Parliament, UK Infrastructure and Projects Authority and a Baltic State. He has designed and introduced project, programme and portfolio delivery frameworks to improve performance as well as leadership and team developmental interventions across multiple sectors.
