A management consultant specialising in complex projects bringing 30 years’ all sector experience, from site operative to Board level. In depth knowledge of construction engineering and programme delivery including full assessment and management of risk.

Especially successful at bringing together client goals with optimised design and production delivery, finding cost-effective, alternative solutions to the challenges that arise both before and during projects. Having a particular passion for integrated project teams and extensive experience of all construction contracts including NEC Alliancing.
